Sacel has been admitted to the “SME Digitalization Voucher” call promoted by the Piedmont Region — an important recognition that supports our path toward technological innovation and digital transformation.
The project concerns the PIN10 production line, dedicated to manufacturing plastic and metal overmolded components for the automotive sector, already interconnected with the company’s management systems and certified as Industry 4.0.
Thanks to this initiative, Sacel will introduce new visual and electrical inspection systems based on artificial intelligence, capable of analyzing the produced parts in real time and identifying defects or anomalies with greater precision. This evolution will make it possible to reduce waste, optimize production times, and further improve the quality of the final product.
The project also represents a concrete step toward more sustainable production, thanks to reduced energy consumption and material usage, with direct benefits in terms of efficiency and environmental impact.
It marks another step forward in Sacel’s ongoing digitalization and innovation journey, reaffirming our commitment to Industry 4.0 and global market competitiveness, along with a continuous focus on environmental sustainability.
